In the UK many more people now have the need and the opportunity to do typist jobs from home. It allows a stay at home mum or indeed dad to work whilst taking care of their children. For many people home working is the only option for brining in some extra income into the household.
Whilst there are many legitimate jobs that are advertised by recruitment agencies there are also many pseudo jobs and outright scams. Legitimate typist jobs from home are going to require you to have the proper skills and qualifications. If you were applying for a transcriber or audio typist job then you are going to need to have the requisite skills. The employer is not going to give the jobs to someone who has no experience or no proven track record. Be wary of any potential employer who purports to offer you a position that you are not qualified for, especially if you are required to pay an application or registration fee.
Your first port of call should be the online job agencies, there are many that list home based job opportunities. A word of warning however, many agencies list third party job listings which are often not offers of work but vaguely disguised sales pitches. If such an ad specifies any sort of cost or fees then give it a wide birth no matter how enticing or convincing it sounds.
I always consider this when I look at any online job advert or offer. If they are offering the chance to earn unlimited income without any particular job skills or experience then why isn't everyone giving up their day jobs and doing this. The reason is at some point in the offer you will be asked to part with your money. You should never have to hand over money for any job no matter what the jobs is or where you saw the ad.
